The poster consists of a simple perspective view, where the paper ball casts its shadow to form the title "Inventing Possibilities".
The paper ball signifies the creativity of design thinking and how iterative designers are where the shadow forms its true meaning of how we invent possibilities.
"It's the act of dreaming up what could be, not just what is."
Website
The website was produced on WIX, as provided by the department of design, where the design reflected the final look of the poster.
Process
It all started with the brainstorming during the first meeting with the final years. I opted to utilise Figma since I was knowledgeable with it and knew it would be a great way to work efficiently with my team.
Simplified Design Process
These were the posters produced to showcase the variety of styles and headings the final-year students described to follow.
They preferred the look of the paper ball and the hand with the origami crane. So we further developed and presented them as propositions.
The final-year students and department chose the first choice with the paper ball.
The final iterations were carried out after each meeting, outlining what needed to be changed or fixed to form our final product.
